2. How is the data collected?
The data we collect primarily contains name and email address resulting from business communication with our webshop. Name, e-mail address, postal address, telephone number, IP address and/or browser type are collected through the registration and ordering procedure of our webshop.
We collect this data for the purpose of sending newsletters to keep you informed about. new products, sales and/or events. Postal addresses are used to send ordered products to our customers.
Cookies collect data regarding IP addresses and browsers used.
3. Who do we share the personal data with?
Blijzonder (i.e. the owner, Nele Forrest) receives and processes your personal data and does not share it with third parties.
We do use the e-mail tool MailChimp, which is connected to the webshop, with the aim of integrating the name and e-mail address of registered customers/visitors into a mailing list, which is fully and exclusively managed by Nele Forrest of Blijzonder.
4. How is the data protected?
The administration part of our site works with full password protection and is only accessible to authorized personnel (in this case the undersigned!).
We never share data with third parties, nor do we modify or delete data on our own initiative.
Backups are done on a regular basis to avoid data loss.
5. How long do we keep the data?
Data is stored for a maximum of 5 years.
6. What are the user's rights?
According to the GDPR, the following user rights apply:

No, no data is processed outside of Europe.
8. Are automated decision-making tools used?
We use the e-mail tool, MailChimp, connected to the webshop, with the aim of integrating the name and e-mail address of registered customers / visitors to our webshop in a mailing list, which is fully and exclusively managed by Blijzonder's owner, Nele Forrest.
MailChimp shows how many recipients of a mailing open the mail and how many clicks are generated to the webshop. These results are used exclusively by the owner of the webshop for analysis per mailing campaign and are never shared with third parties.
